I designed this magazine as an assignment. Most men's magazines are a little too neat for my taste. I wanted mine to be a little rougher. So I named it Burly and went from there. I worked with photography friends of mine, a few guys from artofmanliness.com, and myself to get the imagery I needed. Most of this was done in InDesign with a few of the icons and images done in Illustrator and Photoshop.
