I've always had a love of anything fun and creative. That's why I've been working as a graphic designer/photographer/illustrator for the last 13 years. Humor and optimism are my go-to attitudes cause I don't look half as good angry as I do smiling. I grew up in the South and love just about everything about it...Except the humidity, we have a professional relationship. Watching a movie, playing with my two sons or cooking/eating is usually what you'll catch me doing.
For the past 3.5 years I've worked as a designer for the Colleges of Liberal Arts & Sciences (formerly just the College of Science) at the University of Utah and have had responsibilities that have ranged from graphic design to illustration, photography, video shooting/editing and lunch making. I work with the other designer on our marketing team to create materials for all 3 Colleges (Humanities, Science and Social & Behavior Science) within our scope. Each one with their unique projects and constituency which I've had to design for but keep under the University's brand standards.
